End of School Year Info

Summer Hours:

Office hours through June 5 are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.


During the summer of 2020, all district offices and schools will be closed on Fridays beginning June 12 through July 24, with office hours from 7 am to 5:30 pm. 

Grab and Go Meals will continue to be distributed here at Rosemont Elementary School. Please note days and time change: Mon.–Thurs. 9 am – 12 pm.


Summer Learning:

K-2nd

All kindergarten, first and second-grade students will be receiving enrichment learning packets throughout the summer. These will offer great practice are optional and do not need to be submitted back to the school or any teacher.


2nd- 5th

Students in second, third, fourth, and fifth grade have been offered additional summer sessions by invitation only. These sessions will be virtually from June 2 through June 24.

Digital Devices:

All returning students in grades 3 through 11, who currently have an OCPS laptop at home, will retain their device during the summer in preparation for the 2020-2021 school year.

Device Movement, Repair, and inventory:

 ● If a student is withdrawing to attend another OCPS school, please set an appointment for that student to return their device to your school before the completion of the withdrawal process.

 ● If a student device needs to be repaired or replaced, please complete the process at the 2019-2020 school site. Students can begin the process by creating a ticket at http://studenttechrequest.ocps.net. The ticket will go to the 2019-2020 school site.
